- Install basin overflow catch basin, outlet pipe and headwall to wetland discharge location
- Install main entrance catch basin and outlet pipe to wetland discharge location
- Install new drainage improvements while maintaining access to operating facility
- Remove, regrade and replace asphalt pavement in multiple locations
