- Site development for the new Shared Living Collaborative campus in Georgetown, Massachusetts, supporting residential, educational, and community spaces for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Site clearing, excavation, and grading to prepare building areas, roadways, parking, and associated site improvements.
- Extensive earthwork and building pad preparation, including management of cut and fill throughout the site.
- Installation of underground infrastructure including new water, septic, drainage, and stormwater management systems.
- Construction of roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, and accessible site improvements connecting the various areas of the campus.
- Coordination of site utilities, grading, and infrastructure across a large and complex development with multiple buildings and construction phases.
