- Site development supporting the construction of a new building, including site preparation, earthwork, underground utilities, and associated improvements.
- Site demolition, excavation, grading, and building pad preparation, including foundation excavation, structural fill, and crushed stone installation.
- Extensive exploratory excavation and utility verification throughout an established school campus with aging underground infrastructure, undocumented utilities, and conflicts between existing conditions and proposed construction.
- Coordination of existing water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure, including field verification of utility locations, elevations, and connection points to accommodate new construction while protecting existing campus services.
- Installation of new water, sewer, and drainage systems, including connections to existing infrastructure and routing of new water piping through an existing underground utility tunnel.
- Careful sequencing of utility relocations and connections to minimize disruptions to school operations and maintain essential services to surrounding campus buildings.
- Construction of underground electrical and communication utility trenches, drainage structures, granite curbing, walkway bases, and associated site improvements.
- Coordination with Windover Construction and the project team to address unforeseen underground conditions, resolve utility conflicts, and support continued development of the active school campus.
