- Site redevelopment of existing 15-acre site with new warehouse expansion that includes a 243,000 SF building addition while maintaining operations in the active 50,000 SF building during construction.
- 50,000 CY of cuts and fills, 25,000 CY of ledge blasting with crushing/material processing.
- 14,000 SF of new modular big block retaining walls.
- Building preparation for new foundations, under slab utilities, and slabs on grade.
- 4 new ‘StormTech’ detention and infiltration systems, 55 drainage structures, 5,000 LF of drainage pipe.
- 5,500 LF of new water and sewer mains and services with pump station and force main.
- 22,000 SY of new roadway and parking lot paving, curbing, sidewalks, guardrail, and chain link fence.
